Mentoring
Guidelines
Preparation
- Please block your calendars in advance, you need to attend these sessions live to receive credit.
- In case you miss a session, you will not receive the credit for the mentoring hours, however, you will receive the recording of the session and you will need to submit your insights & understanding, as part of course completion.
Booking
- Each mentee is required to pre-book their three one on one coaching sessions with the mentor independently.
- Sessions are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.
- In case of a change in schedule of a pre-booked session, please inform the mentor 24 hours in advance and re-book within the mentoring window shared for each round of mentoring.
Assessment
- Mentees need to submit a word-for-word transcript plus an audio recording of a 45 -60 -minute coaching session, 5 days prior to one-on-one mentoring session scheduled.
- Mentees must submit a self-assessment against the markers no later than 2 days before the one-on-one mentoring session.
- In case an additional recording needs to be evaluated beyond the 3 contracted sessions, an additional fee of INR 20000 + tax will be charged.
