Back to Source Coaching is an initiative of like-minded individuals, who have come together to support themselves and others, to take a deep dive to personal mastery. We believe wherever there is Mastery, Coaching is happening, wherever there is Coaching, personal Mastery is a natural outcome.
We invite you to embark on an inward journey of self-mastery. The path is a parallel path of material fulfilment and spiritual grounding and embraces success and meaning in life in equal measure.
My role as a Back to Source Coach is to deepen your awareness so that you begin to understand that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world so that you can choose how to live and what to do for a living.

- Her vision is to Teach as she Learns, Give as she Receives & Serve as she Leads
- She has received her Master Certified Leadership Coach Certification, from Coach For Life, USA ,where she created her own unique model of Coaching that integrates her understanding of the Bhagwat Gita to the Coaching profession
- Certified as a Deep Transformational Coach under the tutelage of Leon VenderPol, has the honour of holding space with Leon, for groups committed to healing & advancement of human consciousness
- As she led the Coaching Practice at a boutique consulting firm, she used the Coaching Mindset and Philosophy to a number of Leadership Development Journeys. The journey focused on Personal Mastery, with an emphasis on Discovering your True Potential, Women’s Leadership Development and driving Coaching Culture within large organizations
- As an entrepreneur, she has led a team of 180 people over a period of 14 years, where she was responsible for capital allocation, growth & business consolidation. The Company she co-founded, TLC Childcare Services Pvt. Ltd, was acquired by an investment fund that was looking to consolidate the Day-care business in India which is when Amrita decided to exit the business and shift gears and pursue a third career in the area of leadership development and organization transformation
- She has done her MBA & MCom from Symbiosis in Pune and worked in the Corporate sector in India for 10 years
- She is a certified Enneagram Practitioner and also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Non-Violent Communication as part of her continuous education in the field of human potential
- She has served on the Board of the Association of Coach Training Organizations and is a member of is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Association of Mumbai Coaches
- She has been profiled by BBC, CNBC, NDTV & TOI as an Entrepreneur & Change Catalyst. She has recently been written about in a book called Leading Ladies an international publication by Rohini Rathour

Monica Gangoly
Monica Gangoly is a graphic designer working in the real and virtual space in the spectrum of brand development and design communication. She is also a certified Expressive Arts Therapist and a Leadership & Life Coach, giving her valuable insights into integrating design and the arts with depth psychology.
She spearheads her own design studio and is responsible for all brand communication & design aesthetics at Back to Source Coaching. Monica integrates design and expressive arts and facilitates in creating therapeutic spaces in the corporate world and communities in need.
She serves as faculty for the Foundation course in Expressive & Creative Arts Therapies (FECAT) for Studio for Movement Arts & Therapies Trust (SMArT) and develops and promotes programs using the expressive arts to meet the sustainable development goals as prescribed by the UN for children in educational institutes. Monica is also the design director at Foray Network Services Pvt Ltd, working on their flagship brand, Major League Cricket, USA
nidhi arora
Nidhi is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Leadership and Life Coach with global industry experience of over 24 years. Her life journey took her from being an IT Professional to an award-winning entrepreneur, running her own business and mentoring start-ups. After 20 years in Sydney, Australia, she moved to India in 2015.
Nidhi’s deep love and understanding of people motivated her to dive into the world of ‘Coaching’. Her non-judgemental ability to embrace diversity in people without hesitation, professional outlook and vast life experience added with her rich cross-cultural expertise make her an impactful coach.
Nidhi supports individuals create personal brands through heightened self-awareness. They can then proactively manage self and other’s perceptions by aligning organizational mission, vision and values with their personal mission, vision and values. Her transparent working style galvanizes clients to audaciously face challenges and recognise blind spots in their thinking and successfully transition into new senior/leadership roles as well as prepare for additional functional duties.
She conducts monthly art therapy workshops at Tata Hospital, Mumbai for cancer patients and volunteers with charities around the world.

Uncovering the ideal path, requires a good deal of work, effort and a deep-rooted understanding of one’s own truth. This discovery sometimes requires a gentle hand-holder, guide and friend. This is where Priyanka’s role begins.
A successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of an illustrious career in the education industry where she has interacted with a wide spectrum of people. Her highly interactive career experiences gave way to the discovery of her true calling. She is now immersed in practising her role as a life coach. Priyanka seeks to help discover, in each one’s life – deep meaning, wisdom, acceptance and a tranquil balance between the mind, body and soul. Her journey has not only made her spiritually enlightened, but it has also given her the impetus to guide people towards a more meaningful life journey.
Priyanka has explored Life Coaching, by undertaking an enriching journey with Coach For Life Institute, USA. Priyanka’s sessions are popular thanks to her brilliant energy, deep sense of empathy and undying commitment towards spiritual mentoring and life coaching.

Amrita saw that the Potentialife platform takes the Coaching mindset and philosophy she taught to touch and support a larger, wider and deeper audience and she decided to support their effort with her presence. The Potentialife programs draw extensively on Positive Psychology Organizational Psychology and Neuroscience and are delivered while on the job.
