Leon is amazing. His presence is so calming and enlightening. The way he takes one through the program is an effortless flow process of reflection and soaking in, evolving a new way of being!

​The presence that both Leon and Amrita radiated was incredibly comforting. As they held space for us, they also challenged us as they shone the light on our personal journey of transformation.

The Shift in Being was a perfect companion to the structure of the DCI Program that allowed us to follow the chapters week by week and the reflective weekly assignments helped the learning stick. The peer coaching helped internalize the concepts and I loved that we stuck with the same client, because one could see one’s own progression as a deep coach through the tenor of the conversations. Listening to Leon’s sessions both recorded and live were inspirational. Reflecting on them led to huge learning.

Every class of foundation was an immersive and immense learning experience. Yes, it did get overwhelming at times, but the way Leon manoeuvred through the course, I felt very supported and held always. The learning of the 9 practices and most of all the awareness that it is our own transformation which enables us to be a partner in the transformation of our clients. I enjoyed the peer coaching sessions and break-out room discussions through Foundation & Mastery.

I enjoyed the peer coaching sessions the most – both as a coach and as a coachee. I loved the feeling of belonging and being in a peer group of fellow travellers and kindred spirits.

I am a better coach to my clients and a more aware, more compassionate companion to my inner self. The DCI is a course that literally changed my life.

Participating in the Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI) program, under the guidance of Leon and Amrita, has been an extraordinarily transformative journey for me. The well-structured curriculum and reflective exercises and assignments opened a path for personal growth and a deeper understanding of myself.

The practices introduced in the program, especially those around slowing down, silence, and heart-focused coaching have made a significant and lasting impact on my life. The concept of coaching as a healing modality triggered a paradigm shift in my perception. The supportive, non-judgmental learning environment fostered by Leon and Amrita created a safe space for me to delve deep into my vulnerabilities and foster personal growth.

The course also gave me a clear understanding of the difference between transactional, transformational and deep coaching. A significant takeaway from this journey has been the discovery of my heart’s intelligence as a trusted anchor in life.

By the time I completed the DCI Foundation, there was no question in my mind that I would be signing up for Mastery. The intense focus on working on oneself through the 9 practices during Foundation had left me with a sense of freedom and lightness, allowing me to be my most loving and authentic self – even in corporate coaching sessions! DCI was making me a better coach and a better human being – helping me connect with people in deeper, more meaningful ways.

Through peer coaching in Foundation and more intensely in Mastery, I found kind, gentle, loving friends who were truly being my spiritual partners – helping me hone my practice of coaching through honest feedback and walking the path of transformation with me as I worked on myself. Getting feedback from Leon was truly special and impactful.

As for many others, DCI has been a major influence in my life and I can see life as pre and post-DCI, and so can my family – as my daughter says, I have really and truly been “DCIed.”

The course was beautifully structured, and the content was extremely powerful. The recordings of the live sessions were amazing. It really opened my eyes up to the power of deep coaching. Leon is amazing. His presence is saintlike. His silence is an elixir. I enjoyed how beautifully the DCI Foundation Program was structured, the course was spread out over 10 weeks and I appreciate how we were led into the practices, one at a time. The pacing of the program allowed for integration & reflections and the course material amplified the deep dive.

Leon is an embodied Master. The congruency with his persona, process and practice is simply perfect. It is inspiring to be in his presence and aspirational to grow into the fullness of my own expression. The depth of his understanding, the humour and simplicity of his delivery and his loving presence was a divine shower, and I soaked the experience each Monday and enjoyed the lingering joy through the week. I enjoyed the introduction of a weekly practice and the journey getting deeper each week, from projecting spiritual values to attuning into the energetic field that is created through the embodiment of a loving presence. It was wonderful to experience and bring into my life. The idea of spiritual partnering is also very empowering and liberating at the same time. This is a program to deepen your personal mastery. If you love your own company, you will love this program. If you are doubting any aspect of your life, you will fall in love with yourself through this program. It is a course for all of humanity, not just coaches.

The DCI program is safe environment to cultivate and let come beauty into life and let go of whatever is ready to go. The content is clear, well-reviewed and comprehensive with an application to life and coaching. Leon’s presence and ability to hold space is incredible. He makes the class feel warm and loved. He really sat in the practices he teaches as an example of how powerful they all can be when applied. I enjoyed the 10-week online format as I was able to integrate work with the practices in everyday life. The more you put into the course, the more you get out and I would really recommend you read Leon’s Book – A Shift in Being, in advance to support your full immersion into the program.

The content from A Shift in Being was phenomenal. I loved the weekly pace and especially the Moment of Pauses and Practice Applications that we could use for meditation and introspection. Leon Vanderpol’s beautiful being lit our classroom! He defines the phrase, “My being is my doing” and his presence alone taught us so much. I asked myself to take the course with an open heart, to allow myself to be vulnerable and to be able to face any pain that may arise, and I acknowledge myself for being able to do this for a majority of the ride. The book offers the possibilities of engaging with it as a workbook, with its many practices and applications beautifully shared as well as a manual for deep coaching & living.

The contents of this course beautifully distil the essence of what it means to coach and live consciously and as a channel for healing energy. Leon fulfils the meaning of his name, definitely a fearless lion protecting our transformational processes from our own doubts and fears! I enjoyed the structure of the live sessions and the weekly assignments, which supported my learning optimally. For a coach, energy worker, or holistic practitioner, this program will take you to the depths, the heart of what we all want, to deepen our capacity to be of service to those around us in their journeys home.

Leon’s book – A Shift in Being – offers a new meaning each time you read it. It serves as such a beautiful companion to the DCI Program, which has been the best money I have spent on myself! Thank you, Leon, for leading the way so subtly and inviting us to dig deeper. The onus is on us to take as deep or as superficial and being able to see things in this deep perspective is truly transformational. As a coach my ability to engage with the shadow side of myself and the client has been deeply enhanced, thanks to this program. I was able to heal myself from the pain that I was carrying for over 35 years! Leon is truly an authentic and inspirational person. My life and my practice as a Coach had been blessed with Leon’s presence.

Words fail me at the simplicity and seamless manner that Leon took us through this deep transformation path. Indebted to him for hand-holding and helping me traverse the beginning of this journey in such a gentle manner. I loved the whole structure of the program. The weekly in-person sessions followed by assignments to absorb, learn and self-reflect during the week was for me a perfect amalgamation of being handheld and self-learning. The shifts that it triggered in me are life-altering and helped me to embark on a journey to embrace my wholeness.

I was fascinated by the book, A Shift in Being, by Leon VanderPol. I had never thought of coaching as a healing modality. The more I coach, the more I have wished that I could take my clients on a transformative journey that they are ready for. When I heard about Deep Coaching, I felt that this was the perfect answer – both for my growth AND for holding space for clients without feeling stuck. The program has shown me how I could partner a client who is ready, on a journey that can be very profound. The practices shared here, show the way to make this a reality in our lives. The course has been a phenomenal learning opportunity and a chance for discovery of how expansive the potential of Coaching can be. The pace was just right, it kept me on my feet, yet it did not feel hurried or rushed. I am not the same person I was, prior to joining this program. So many of the myths of traditional coaching practice have been busted and I am very excited to establish the practices that we learnt in my coaching. Leon is a very wise and an astute mentor – he nudged us when we needed a little help, he gave us our space to think and verbalize what was going on in our mind. He was patient, focused, sensitive, and very humble. His coaching presence is immense and there was so much to learn just by being in his presence. He comes across as a person who is exceedingly comfortable with who he is. The content of the course was exactly what I would have wanted to learn at this stage of my coaching career. This is the wisest decision I have made, and I am glad I could make time to bring this course into my life.

The DCI program appeared to be a gift of God sent to me especially. I loved every bit of this course that has been very well structured, followed by the exercise, reflections, assignment etc that helped me integrate Leon’s deep work in my life and my practice as a Coach. Deeply grateful that I could experience this program in this lifetime.
