What is the Human Potential Assessment?

The Human Potential Assessment looks at the basic qualities that unite us as human beings. The more we express them, the more meaningful and fulfilling our lives become. The more we engage with them, the more it starts to feel like a journey back home to who we really are.

Is your approach scientifically valid?

We like to think of this work sitting at the intersection of art and science. In other words, it brings some objectivity to the highly subjective nature of Human Potential. You can read more about it here: Human Potential Model Validation

Why is coaching such an effective methodology for deploying this assessment?

We believe every human being is gifted with incredible potential. However, this potential is not always expressed at different moments in their life. As coaches we do not interpret the data from the assessment. Instead, we simply hold it up as a mirror so that the client can interpret and make sense of the data themselves. The more they own the story in the data the more likely they will feel inspired to act on the insights and incorporate it into their lives. Many coaches see this tool as a “shortcut” to get to the essence of a person’s potential and opportunities for growth. It effortlessly opens up a roadmap for future coaching engagements. A post coaching assessment can also measure the impact of their development work.
