Back to Source

Back to Source Coaching is an initiative of like-minded individuals, who have come together to support themselves and others, to take a deep dive to personal mastery. We believe wherever there is Mastery, Coaching is happening, wherever there is Coaching, personal Mastery is a natural outcome.

We invite you to embark on an inward journey of self-mastery. The path is a parallel path of material fulfilment and spiritual grounding and embraces success and meaning in life in equal measure.

My role as a Back to Source Coach is to deepen your awareness so that you begin to understand that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world so that you can choose how to live and what to do for a living.

  • Amrita is a Master Certified Life & Leadership Coach (MCC) with over 27 years of business experience and runs her independent practice at Back to Source Coaching
  • Her vision is to Teach as she Learns, Give as she Receives & Serve as she Leads
  • She has received her Master Certified Leadership Coach Certification, from Coach For Life, USA ,where she created her own unique model of Coaching that integrates her understanding of the Bhagwat Gita to the Coaching profession
  • Certified as a Deep Transformational Coach under the tutelage of Leon VenderPol, has the honour of holding space with Leon, for groups committed to healing & advancement of human consciousness
  • As she led the Coaching Practice at a boutique consulting firm, she used the Coaching Mindset and Philosophy to a number of Leadership Development Journeys. The journey focused on Personal Mastery, with an emphasis on Discovering your True Potential, Women’s Leadership Development and driving Coaching Culture within large organizations
  • As an entrepreneur, she has led a team of 180 people over a period of 14 years, where she was responsible for capital allocation, growth & business consolidation. The Company she co-founded, TLC Childcare Services Pvt. Ltd, was acquired by an investment fund that was looking to consolidate the Day-care business in India which is when Amrita decided to exit the business and shift gears and pursue a third career in the area of leadership development and organization transformation
  • She has done her MBA & MCom from Symbiosis in Pune and worked in the Corporate sector in India for 10 years
  • She is a certified Enneagram Practitioner and also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Non-Violent Communication as part of her continuous education in the field of human potential
  • She has served on the Board of the Association of Coach Training Organizations and is a member of is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Association of Mumbai Coaches
  • She has been profiled by BBC, CNBC, NDTV & TOI as an Entrepreneur & Change Catalyst. She has recently been written about in a book called Leading Ladies an international publication by Rohini Rathour

Having experienced the magic of Leon Vanderpol during an APAC Conference, Amrita was inspired by his work and the congruency it lent to Back to Source offerings. They both decided to strengthen this alignment in a collective spirit and support Coaches to explore and transform their inner world and embody new levels of personal reality.
The Deep Coaching Intensive program, taught by Leon and now co-facilitated by Amrita brings greater levels of spirit, presence, and energy to support Coaches become agents of transformation wherever they live and work.

Amrita & Mark first met in 2019, when the seed had been planted for a potential collaboration however it was ready to blossom only in 2023. Both honoured their intuition and allowed for time to pass for their work to evolve and mature. Having invested in the quality of the relationship and nurtured a space of openness and honesty it was easy, joyful & graceful to co-create a proposition in the spirit of service.
