I read an article online that had the tag line – ‘Everyone needs a Personal Board of Directors’ and that triggered a thought, “Do I have one?”

As I reflected at my life and the contributions made by the many Masters, Mentors and Magnetic relationships I have shared and learnt from, I experienced a sense of abundance and immense gratitude for the many magnificent human beings that have facilitated my journey back to source.

This article is my humble acknowledgment, and expression of my love and gratitude to all of them.

My parents – Ashok & Razia Lulla, who nurtured me with love and supported me as I created my own path. My brother – Kabir, who played and continues to play the constructive role in criticizing everything I do with so much love that I am 100% sure of my own work. My husband – Anirudh, whose unconditional love has been the single contributor in my blossoming as a human being. He encourages me to dream and believed in my infinite potential before I ever did. He has been the wind beneath my wings enabling the free expression of my deepest passion and desires. We may have chosen different paths; however, they all lead us to the secure home that we continue to build together in order to nurture our wonderful children Reavant and Riya – who are the most precious gifts we have received from God. The two of them awakened within me, the quest to find The Truth. From time to time I do see the Divinity in them both.

My Framily (a term I believe we collectively coined for ourselves) – Aashish, Bindu, Simu and Kabeer; Anju, Nitin and Taru; Ritu, Rajiv and Rehaan; Tanuj, Abhi and Ahanu; Madh, Radh, Ahilya and Ameera who have all individually and collectively been my haven of authenticity – where I can evolve, mature and be who I am. When I stumble and fall, I am confident that they will always be around to pull me up and rear me forward.

My soulmate – Monica who has been the living embodiment of everything I have ever wanted to communicate. Her commitment and courage to express my vision to the world through her designs and her equal ownership to my work, is something I deeply cherish.

For TLC, the company I co-founded with my best friend Bindu and fostered with our Mother Hen Meera; for all the amazing staff, parents and children that taught me to believe in myself.

For everyone at ODA, who opened a new window into the wonderful world of Coaching, where I discovered my calling. For the trust of the people, with whom I have been able to create my life’s work, I will always be grateful.

We are all Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience”, is a quote that has stayed with me ever since I was a child. The biggest Blessing of my life, is my Spiritual Master – my Sadguru – Maa Samvida, who guides me on my journey Back to Source. It is the showering of Her Grace that enlivens my soul and establishes the connection to my Source every day. Through Her the SIVAA family strengthens this connection to my Source every weekend. In Her, I see the Divine
